2. Deputy Manager – HSSE – Health, Safety, Security & Environment : 17 posts, Experienced required -7 years, Pay Scale : Rs.32900-58000.
3.Deputy Manager – Sector Specialist (Lubes – R&D) : 02 posts, Experienced required -7 years, Pay Scale : Rs.32900-58000.
4.Deputy Manager - Sector Specialist (Lubes – Technical Services) : 03 posts, Experienced required -7 years, Pay Scale : Rs.32900-58000.
5. Deputy Manager – Lubes – R&D (Rigs) : 01 post, Experienced required -7 years, Pay Scale : Rs.32900-58000..

SELECTION METHODOLOGY:
Based on scrutiny of the application, suitable candidates will be called for personal interview/s. Candidates short-listed in personal interview/s will be required to undergo medical examination. The final selection will be subject to candidate’s relevant work experience, fulfillment of other eligibility criteria, as applicable and also being declared as Medically Fit by BPCL designated Physician.
EMOLUMENTS:
Selected candidates will be placed in pay scale as mentioned above. Besides basic pay and industrial pattern of DA, other allowances including HRA,Medical facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Employees Pension Scheme, LFA, Contributory Superannuation Benefit, Performance related pay etc. and other perquisites shall be applicable as per the grade and Corporation’s rules.
