Eligibility Conditions (i) Official holding analogous posts in State/Central Govt. or BSNL. OR (ii) Jr./Sr. Accountant/LDC who have qualified in both in Part-1 & II of JAO Postal Examination or Equivalent examination conducted by any of the Accounts Deptt. Of entral/State Govt.

Company Profile :
Consequent to formation of BSNL the office of Controller of Communication accounts came into existence on October 1st 2000 as a field unit of Department of Telecommunications for discharge of residual functions of DOT like settlement of pensionary benefits to the retiring BSNL/DOT officers/officials, maintenance of their GPF and related accountaing .Initially these were named as DoT Cell. Subsequently, the work of this office has evolved and become more diverse over the time.The duties for collection of License fee and spectrum charges , monitoring of USO schemes , settlement and disbursement of USO claims , accounting of these activities and pursuing legal cases on behalf of Dot were also entrusted to these offices which were renamed as offices of controller of Communication Accounts(C.C.A.).The office of CCA UP (East) is Headed by an SAG level officer and the jurisdiction is spread over 30 SSA's of Uttar prades (east) telecom circle .
Major functions of the CCA office may be divided into following categories:-
Revenue Collections: -The office collects applicable License fee and Spectrum Charges from cellular, basic or unified access service and ISP Licensee operating in the UP East Telecom Circle as revenue share. Verification of deductions claimed by the licensees in quaterly statement of Revenue & License Fee.
Desired Profile:
How to Apply : The Head of the Departments are requested to forward the applications of willing and eligible officials whose services can be spared on their selection. No withdrawals after their selection on deputation will be entertained. Personal data may be sent in the enclosed pro-forma (Annexure II) alongwith attested copies of ACRs for the previous 5 years, Integrity certificates & Vigilance clearance
(Annexure-III) to the undersigned so as to reach this office positively by 25 July 2011.
