Qualifications : – Graduate engineer in any discipline with B.E/B.Tech (or equivalent) with a good knowledge in Python and/or Scilab. Good written communication is essential. Prior association and interaction with the FOSS community is essential. Good mathematics and science skills is useful. Knowledge of or experience in Instructional Design and/or content generation is desirable

Qualifications : – M. Tech in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering with min 8.0 CPI or equivalent; Exceptional B.E./B. Tech students may also be considered. (preference to candidates who want to pursue PhD)

The research environment includes laboratories’ civil infrastructure, equipment, support staff -- both technical and administrative -- and research staff .
* Providing support for researchers to liaise with (potential) funding sources so as to be able to finance their research and development activities.
* Spotting and nurturing opportunities for collaboration between researchers (within IITB) and their counterparts in other institutions.
