Job Description:
Fragrance and Flavour Development Centre is looking for dynamic and result oriented persons for appointment on contract basis initially for a period of five years extendable further on review of performance for the following posts :-
1. Scientific Assistant Chemistry
* No. of Post: 03 Posts
* Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
* Age Limit: 30 Years
* Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Technology/ Chemical Engg. or equivalent from a recognized university/ institution.
2. Scientific Assistant (Agro-Tech)
* No. of Post: 01 Post
* Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
* Age Limit: 30 Years
* Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Agronomy/ Botany or Degree in Agriculture Engg. or equivalent from a recognized university/ institution.
3. Scientific Assistant (Computer)
* No. of Post: 01 Post
* Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
* Age Limit: 30 Years
* Qualification: Graduate in science from a recognized university/ institution and having recognized diploma in Computers/ Information Technology or equivalent.

(IFF), incorporated in 1909, is a creator and manufacturer of flavor and fragrance products used by other manufacturers to impart or improve flavor or fragrance in a range of consumer products. During the year ended December 31, 2010, sales of flavor products accounted for 46% of its total sales. Its fragrance products are used by customers in the manufacture of various consumer goods in the home and personal care markets. The home market consists of laundry detergents, fabric care, candles, air fresheners and all-purpose cleaners. The personal care market consists of perfumes, colognes, after-shave lotions, skin care, lipsticks, deodorants and hair preparations. During 2010, sales of fragrance products accounted for 54% of its total sales.
The Company’s principal fragrance and flavor products consist of compounds of ingredients blended in formulas created by its perfumers and flavorists. These compounds contribute the total fragrance or flavor to the consumer products, in which they are used.
